With over ten years of experience in both quantitative and qualitative market research, Jackie now focuses on qualitative work, where she can indulge her passion for discovering the factors and motivations underlying consumer behavior. The best way to achieve such understanding for her clients, she believes, is to be flexible in applying various research methodologies to suit each given situation.

Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Normal University.
