Sally has over seven years of market research experience, and is well versed in both qualitative and quantitative techniques. She is skilled at understanding local cultures and consumer nuance to help clients with their branding and communications development. Sally’s stints on the client side, with local personal care manufacturer, Jahwa, and Michelin, greatly enhanced her perspective on business. Prior to joining Firefly, Sally was introduced to research at Oracle Added Value. Her research projects span the food and beverage, household, personal and baby care, luxury goods, fashion, and media categories.
Sally holds a B.A. from Zhejiang Industrial and Commercial University.
