Dickson Lam, Account Manager with Firefly MB in Hong Kong, draws from a career of exposure to both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and widely varied research applications. Upon joining Firefly in 2010, he has been specifically focused on qualitative research while remaining particularly keen on strategic research. The strategy component allows him to deliver deeper and more comprehensive insights to clients through integrated qualitative research findings, industry reports and secondary research.
A thinker who truly enjoys observing and listening to people, he’s always ready to lead and seek intellectually-driven insight when engaged with brand positioning, concepts and advertising tests, U&A and consumer/employee engagement. He also has vast experience in handling regional and local projects covering client sectors in fast moving consumer goods, finance, insurance industries, alcohol, lifestyle, fashion, electronics, technology, automobile and hospitality.
Dickson spent the first fruitful years of his career with Synovate (now IPSOS), has worked with top clients and brands like FrieslandCampina, Abbott Nutrition, Fonterra and E-Trade and continues to builds his on niche at Firefly, heavily involved in ideal intersection of research, strategy and methodologies.
