Dickson Lam, Account Manager with Firefly MB in Hong Kong, draws from a career of exposure to both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and widely varied research applications. Upon joining Firefly in 2010, he has been specifically focused on qualitative research while remaining particularly keen on strategic research.
