Sara Nair, Account Director for Firefly Millward Brown in Mumbai, India, has 11 years of market research experience. Eight of these years were spent specifically in qualitative research, working across a wide clientele base ranging from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) to telecom to durables.
She gravitated toward qualitative research based on her natural ability to read and gauge people.
