Shalini has over 13 years of research experience, and has developed a keen interest in Semiotics Research, Ethnography and Kids Research.
She uses both strategic & tactical approaches to address business issues in various categories (e.g., Foods, Automotive, Consumer Durables, Home & Personal Care, Media, Tobacco and Banking & Insurance).  Some of her work has included the following types of studies: Usage & Attitude, Communication Testing & Development, Packaging, specialized areas like Ethnography, Consumer Psychographics / Archetypes, Equity Techniques, NPD, etc.

Shalini holds a postgraduate degree in Management from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
