Account Director, Thailand
Angarak Bandopadhyay, Account Director at Firefly Millward Brown’s Bangkok, Thailand office, has extensive experience in various research studies like brand equity, segmentation, product development, innovation and concept testing. With a career that spans nearly 10 years in qualitative research, Angarak came to Firefly’s Thailand office two years ago from Nielsen India. Prior to that, he worked with major research companies like Kantar IMRB International in India (largest WPP research affiliate in India) and Nielsen India.
He now leads the qualitative team and oversees all qualitative projects for many major clients, both local giants and multinational corporations. He continues to build expertise in technology, automotive, personal care, hospitality and food and beverage categories at Firefly, drawing from client and brand work with BAT, Coca Cola, Mondelez, Vodafone, Beiersdof, Taj Groups and Shell.
Angarak is intuitive and hands on, making him an agile and creative team player. He balances this with his own process to prioritize his work and efforts for maximum efficiency. Clients and his team appreciate his approach and results in areas from creative development that involves big idea concepting for large campaigns to communication touchpoints that include very detailed attention to segmented brand interaction.
