Kamaljit Kaur, Research Executive in Firefly Millward Brown’s Frankfurt, Germany office, has an academic background in business and economics. She began her career as a qualitative researcher in a Frankfurt-based, qualitative boutique, and comes to Firefly to explore and add value for brands from a cultural perspective.

Kamaljit is passionate about brand and ethnographic research, which includes how and why ethnic groups are formed and composed. The characteristics she studies in-depth from social welfare to materiality and spirituality, inform how brands are perceived.

Kamaljit’s previous work spanned business-to-business and end-consumer markets studies that furthered her brand learning and research approaches. She’s also gained valuable experience throughout her career, collaborating with clients from L’Oréal and Kawasaki to Unilever Food Solutions, Reckitt Benckiser and Henkel.
