Nadine Kolendowicz, Senior Client Consultant with Firefly Millward Brown in Hamburg, Germany, comes to Firefly with several years of experience in qualitative research for national and international clients based on her career start with a market research boutique in Düsseldorf. When her curiosity for deep insights into consumers, brands and advertising got the best of her, she made the decision to move to Hamburg to follow her passion for qualitative research.

This quantitative research background and newfound passion for qualitative research enables her to develop studies optimally tailored to client’s needs. Nadine’s experience encompasses a range of qualitative methods across all study types that can be applied whether it’s evaluation of concepts for new products, a brand relaunch campaign, a social media campaign or classical advertising activities.

Consumer insight studies and ethnographic studies to explore target groups are particularly fascinating to Nadine because they provide valuable insights into unknown behaviors or motives. She draws upon her a degree in psychology from the University of Münster, Germany and previous experience to gain deep insights into users of particular brands from teenagers to the silver generation; and conduct ethnographic research like In-home visits, shopalongs and creative workshops to further her understanding.
