Elisabetta started her career in qualitative market research in 1999 and worked with GFK and TNS prior to joining Millward Brown in 2004.
She has a quantitative research background, with a strong competency in communication and brand equity research. She is the Italian expert of the Brand Performance Program. With 16 years behind her including experience in global coordination of international accounts she has ample exposure to cross-country studies. She has been the coordinator of Ferrero within the Milward Brown network for 3 years. The key clients she has worked with are Ferrero, Diageo, Pepsico and Amplifon amongst others.
Elisabetta recently joined the Firefly team, with the commitment to build opportunities for a stronger integration between qualitative exploration and quantitative techniques.
She is curious, passionate and collaborative as a researcher. Cheerful by disposition, she is popular with clients and colleagues alike.
Elisabetta holds a Degree in Political Science, with a specialization in Sociology from the Università Statale of Milan.
