Luca Quinzanini, Senior Client Executive with Firefly Millward Brown in Italy, brings experience across markets in finance, pharmaceutical, insurance and telco to his role. Luca studied cognitive and behavioral psychology at universities including Parma University in Parma and “Sacro Cuore” University in Milan where he framed his views on marketing psychology, studying qualitative and quantitative approaches around digital word-of-mouth. As an increasing amount of conversations and video sharing among friends are public, Luca finds it fascinating that marketers can readily plug-in the real, uncultivated, word-of-mouth conversations of the consumer.
