Michela Russo

Group Account Director - Qualitative, Italy

Michela graduated in Psychology from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore – Milan. With a passion for understanding why people around the world live and act as they do, she chose qualitative market research as her career. After ten years, and working for many brands, she can honestly say she hasn’t had a dull day yet!

Her experience has been across different categories, with a focus on Fast Moving Consumer Goods. In the last few years she has worked on many studies in the luxury space having worked for clients such as Fendi, Valentino, Vertu, Solange and in the area of brand positioning & re-positioning.

She has worked on some of Firefly Millward Brown's largest global accounts, being involved in projects with an international footprint which has enriched her further, giving her a strong orientation to finding consumer truths that can be turned into actionable insights for clients.

Michela is a huge fan of the integrated approach; she believes in the Gestalt perspective that the whole is greater than the sum of parts. Always smiling and welcoming, curious and enthusiastic she is always cracking people up.

Before joining Firefly Millward Brown in 2010, she worked for RQ Qualitative research and Cirm Market research.
