Roberta Lombardo, Client Manager in Firefly Millward Brown’s Italian office, believes in an integrated approach for qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. In her 13 years as a qualitative researcher, she’s applied this philosophy to fully understand the consumer across markets and categories such as telco, utilities, luxury and fashion (clothes and cosmetics).
Roberta brings a breadth and depth of experience to Firefly and is highly skilled in communications studies, brand positioning and product and concept development. Key clients she has worked with include Samsung, Vodafone, Edison, Golden Lady, L’Oréal and Nike. In addition, Roberta’s coordination of national projects for well-known Italian clients as well as studies with a pan Europe footprint for global clients, earned accolades for her approach and insights.
Roberta’s enthusiasm for her work is apparent. Beyond the daily tasks, she enjoys nurturing her relationships with clients through philosophical conversations and sharing different experiences and point of views.
