Valeria Chiappini, Client Director, Firefly Millward Brown with Milan, Italy, enjoys cracking business challenges through insights. Valeria is a philosopher and social media marketer by education and passionate stats junkie by her own admission. At the onset of her career in market research at Synovate Censydiam, she specialized in psycho-diagnostic moderation and methodologies of motivational segmentation.

She is at home when she’s deep in projects requiring intensive brand equity and positioning, category and target exploration and segmentation related tasks with teams. Her marketing competences range from FMCGs to insurance, finance, utilities and media, acquired through experience with brands and clients including UniCredit, Axa, Allianz, Banco BPM, Fidelity Investments and Enel.
