Men-Yi Kong, Client Executive with the Firefly Millward Brown office in the Netherlands, is fascinated with behavior, patterns and correlations between influences and actions. She seeks to understand these elements in the qualitative researcher realm. Her keen insight and openness to learning about new subjects drive her continuous development of communication and analytical skills.

In Men-Yi’s role as researcher she has worked for big non-profit and for-profit agencies. At Firefly, she calls upon the contrasting structure of this past diverse research to inform innovative approaches that draw from the core learning. Her previous clients include the largest universities in the Netherlands, VGN (De Vereniging Gehandicaptenzorg Nederland; Association for Disabled Care), ANWB, Albert Heijn, ING and Redbull.

Men-Yi holds a Master in Social Psychology with studies focused on social influence and interventions from the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Her colleagues describe her as considerate, hard-working and resourceful and well-suited for a qualitative research career.
