Senior Research Manager, Poland
Noemi first became interested in market research while helping to translate one of the first FGIs to occur after the fall of Communism in Poland. Many years later at Firefly, Noemi is responsible for supervising international studies, including coordination, moderation, analyses and consultancy, with a specialty in group dynamics, communication strategies and concept studies. Noemi works predominantly within the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors, but has recently also been involved in running soft psychological skills workshops for doctors in order to create a strong media image for the healthcare industry.
Noemi holds a M.A. in Social Psychology from Warsaw School of Social Psychology, a M.A. in English Philology from Warsaw University, and attended a Post-Graduate Study in Group Training Management at Warsaw School of Social Psychology.
