Piotr Ciąćka, Research Unit Manager with Firefly Millward Brown in Poland, discovered his passion for qualitative research ten years ago. Over the breadth of his professional career conducting qualitative research for product and service categories, he welcomes a leadership role and has built focused expertise in consumer satisfaction and loyalty understanding.

Piotr is a natural-born observer who’s also poised for action throughout every stage of the brand building process from conceptualizing the first big idea to detailing a communication assessment. To Piotr, it’s all about communication and by immersing himself in technology and areas of digital research including non-standard, tailor-made systems, he continues to stay relevant and bring insights to clients.

As a highly skilled moderator, analyst, marketing advisor and facilitator of strategic workshops, Piotr believes in team building as the ultimate path to the best possible end result. With his degree in Management Faculty from Warsaw University and a master’s thesis at the onset of his career titled The Role of the Market Researcher in Focus Group Interviews: A Moderator and a Project Manager, he’s evolved and honed in on the transforming research results into business activities.

  • In Piotr’s spare time, he’s fond of overseas sailing, skiing, squash and spin fishing as well as spending quality time with his daughter, Maja
  • Prior to Firefly, Piotr worked for Pentor Research International, TNS Polska and IPSOS. He’s touched top brands and clients like Heineken, BAT, Danone, JTI and Brown-Forman
