Paula joined Firefly with a background in corporate market research, stemming from her role at Diageo’s Consumer Planning and Research team. She has 7 years of both quantitative and qualitative research experience and leverages her expertise for B2B and B2C clients in the food & beverage, media, entertainment, automotive, FMCGS, pharmaceutical and telecommunication industries. Her experience includes the usage of different research methodologies, such as, in-depth interviews, shop-alongs, and client workshops.
Paula has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain.
