Rafa has 23 yearsof qualitative research experience. He has served as the head of Firefly’s Spain Qualitative Research department and as the Group Account Director for 8 years. An active member of the Association for the Study of Groups, through the years, Rafa has developed particular expertise in analyzing and interpreting the results of operating groups.
Rafa earned his graduate degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. He is currently in the process of completing a postgraduate degree in Philosophy at the National University of Distance Education (UNED), also in Madrid. He has taken courses to specialize in analysis and interpretation techniques in operating groups.

- Has taught seminars on Innovation and Creativity, Corporate Social Responsibility and Trends and Values among Young People
