He is highly skilled in utilizing creative techniques and online or digital methodologies—and he uses these methods judiciously to address his clients’ business issues. He has moderated groups and interviews with various respondent types across a broad range of brands and products.
Santiago holds two degrees; one in Market Research from the Rey Juan Carlos I University and a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Valladolid, both in Spain.
