Anne Collins

Research Director, UK

With 15 years of qualitative research experience, Anne knows how to engage consumers and generate strategic recommendations for clients. Prior to joining Firefly seven years ago, Anne worked in the qualitative research businesses of TNS and BMRB, where she conducted research across the spectrum of industry sectors. She also spent five years on the client-side marketing for a leading retailer. Recently, Anne’s research has focused primarily on consumer products, alcoholic beverages, personal care products, telecom, and home electronics. She has managed and executed a wide variety of project types, both in the UK and internationally, focused on brand strategy, NPD, communications development, and shopper behavior. 

Anne holds a degree in Business and Marketing from Newcastle University in the UK, where she specialized in retail strategy.
