Lucía’s solid knowledge and experience at the local level early on in her career has grown. The skill sets she developed locally are founded her preference to be highly involved in research projects. With this type of project insight and depth, she readily understands cultural and environmental factors and influences. Lucía has successfully applied this type of approach in her projects abroad in research in the South and Central American countries of Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil and Bolivia.

At Firefly since 2010, Lucía combines her knack for uniting people and concepts that equate to unique perspectives with effective communication. She also draws upon her psychology degree and training in the clinical and educational field to inform her conclusions and make important, beneath surface level correlations for brands.
