Lilian Matias, Client Service Director in the Firefly Millward Brown Brazil office, has broad expertise in qualitative research based on her consistent involvement with key clients in different sectors. While she enjoys owning this expansive view and the insight it provides, she is no stranger to deep dives in innovation and Insight generation. In fact, she recently dedicated an entire year to 15 big idea studies for Nestlé!

Lilian is currently immersed in brand equity and positioning, which has really been her top focus and project type over the past two years. With bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Anthropology with an emphasis in Marketing from The Universidade de São Paulo (USP), she’s able to inform analysis surrounding consumer behavior throughout the category and target exploration process. Clients value her for her creativity and her ability to lead workshops in innovation that draw insight from all participants in important, balanced and highly valued ways.
