Multiculturalism is Tarsila’s motto. She is excited by the cultural subtleties of everyday life, like finding inspiration in the nuances of one category and applying them to another. Tarsila also likes to gain new perspectives on Brazillian culture by traveling to diverse countries and making cross-cultural comparisons. Tarsila’s passion for multiculturalism makes her particularly engaged in projects that involve thinking outside the box and, of course, dealing with international companies. Tarsila is experienced across a range of categories, including pharmaceuticals, technology, cosmetics, personal care, food, banking, services, retail and telecommunications.

Tarsila holds a degree in Communication from University of São Paulo.
