Diana’s inherent interest in consumers’ attitudes and drivers serves her well as Research Executive at Firefly Millward Brown. Since joining the team in 2010, she has been involved in several qualitative projects such as ethnographies, focus groups, in-depth interviews and online panels. Her straightforward and open approach brings consensus around top-level goals and discussion surrounding implementation and brand execution.

Diana excels in the execution of ideas for brands. Ideas that evoke the desired emotional response, yet don’t dilute the brand in the process. In highly competitive product lines with very specific product marketing from soda and alcoholic beverages to medicine and fast foods, Diana adeptly stays true to brand essence when organizing and processing multi-country research projects.

Her previous roles for brands including SABMiller, Intur and Lafise, involved concept evaluations and new product development across a variety of product lines. Diana has a degree in Marketing and  International Business from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana, Honduras, and she is currently pursuing an MBA degree from ADEN Business School.
