Nandita Kaushik, Group Account Director, Client Services, Firefly Millward Brown in Dubai, UAE, has 17 years of qualitative market research, consumer and shopper insights, and communication planning. A leader with a vision, Nandita co-developed and ran her own research company, IRIS (Images Retail Intelligence Services), for three years.
She’s worked with brands and clients including Perfetti, GSK, Hyundai motors, Ranbaxy and Airtel Business; and with agencies like Nielsen, TNS, IMRB across their qualitative and quantitative research divisions. Nandita calls upon her past experience in unexpected ways that she says always keep things fresh, new and exciting for her and her clients.
Nandita’s played many roles from the client side at Glaxosmithkline managing all consumer and shopper research projects for their new products division and OTC brand, Crocin; to communication and brand planner for companies like Wunderman, Rediffusion, Everest Brand Solutions and Y&R Group.
It’s these roles and achievements that make her the diverse asset she is today -- highly capable of assessing brand standing and positioning opportunities; diagnosing and assessing communication touchpoints that work; and approaching studies as a retail researcher and planner to bring insight to Firefly clients.
