Jill stays focused, whether it’s by surfing and snowboarding, or using her keen eye for advertising to guide her research. Her advertising sense was honed by over 15 years at leading ad agencies like Leo Burnett, Foote, Cone and Belding and, most recently, Lowe New York, where she was Executive Vice President, Managing Director. At Firefly, she is most adept at communicating with female consumers, particularly moms, and excels in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industries, as well as retail, fashion/apparel, and consumer electronics. Jill has conducted projects across a wide range of methodologies, including focus groups and IDIs, innovative custom designs utilizing online bulletin boards, webcam-enabled studies, working in unconventional settings (like hair salons, restaurants, consumer “parties,” schools), ethnographies, and shop-alongs.
Jill holds a B.A. in English and Philosophy from The College of the Holy Cross.
