As a 20 year marketing executive who also happens to be an avid singer and actor, Jim brings a blend of strong performance skills, creativity and business savvy to his work at Firefly. His extensive experience includes senior-level positions at advertising agencies including DMB&B and JWT. Since moving to qualitative research ten years ago, Jim’s projects have involved brand positioning, new product development, pharmaceutical exploratories, advertising, promotion, taste testing, website usability, retail store formats, and employee satisfaction among consumers, business-to-business, physicians, and C-level managers. Jim works among a broad range of categories such as packaged goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, travel/tourism, automotive products, retail, and food and beverage.
Jim holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
