With over twenty years of marketing research experience in corporate, agency-side, and non-profit marketing, Laima comes to Firefly from Millward Brown where she had been a Vice President of Client Management since 2007. She started at Millward Brown working with Unilever across several categories including personal care, tea and weight management.
Prior to Millward Brown Laima was at Citigroup, where she was Vice President and led the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty Practice for Citi Cards, North America. Laima also worked with a diverse set of internal clients spanning Citi's Marketing, Advertising, Branding, Operations, and Financial functions and also managed the primary marketing research function for Citi Card's Partnership Group.
Prior to joining Citi, Laima was a Director at MasterCard Worldwide. There, she led a range of studies in the US, UK, Mexico, South Africa, and Australia.
Laima began her career at a qualitative marketing research consulting firm where she developed a solid qualitative foundation, working with clients such as American Express, Bacardi, Charles Schwab, Church & Dwight, Liz Claiborne, Prudential, and Revlon.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a Minor in Political Science at Queens College, City University of New York and did her Graduate work in Social Research at Hunter College, City University of New York.

- During her free time, when she’s not shuttling around her two children or chasing after her two dogs, she greatly enjoys attending and cheering for local soccer teams in her area. She is a big time soccer fan and couldn't get enough of the world cup this year! Already looking forward to 2018!
