Stacy’s penchant for exploration and innovation has been helping her find creative solutions to brand problems for 20 years. With advertising agency experience at Mullen, Fallon, and Carmichael Lynch, and research agency experience with both traditional and non-traditional firms (including behavioral sciences/neuroscience firms), her areas of expertise include product development and innovation, brand positioning and targeting, and communications refinement.
At Firefly, Stacy helps clients understand their consumers as well as the environments in which brands are encountered. She connects with consumers on a number of levels and in a variety of settings, including ethnographic research in homes and in stores. She incorporates projective techniques including archetypes, storytelling, guided imagery and psychodrama into her work.
Stacy earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Anna Maria College in Paxton, MA and her master's degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
