Stephanie understands how to distill a clients’ most complex marketing and research challenges into qualitative research solutions that make strategic sense and provide actionable insights.  She has an uncanny ability to work with clients to fully assess what they need, play it back to them, and then set in motion the delivery of research solutions that get the job done.  And in working with our clients, Stephanie incorporates a style that is smart, incisive, flexible, and approachable – a result of honing her talents and instincts over the course of nearly 15 years in the agency business.

Prior to joining Firefly, Stephanie held seniorleadership roles at a number of advertising agencies, including Saatchi &Saatchi and Publicis.  She worked across a variety of businesses, including Procter & Gamble (Olay, Crest, Oral-B),General Mills (Cheerios), Dell, Johnson & Johnson (Aveeno), Ameritech, and BellSouth.

Stephanie earned a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where she graduated with distinction concentrating in marketing and finance.
