Tim Kibbey, Managing Director at Firefly Millward Brown, Norwalk, USA, is a bridge-builder for the gaps that all too often exist between insight, strategy and execution. Tim  is a holistic senior marketing and communications professional who has played client, agency, strategic planning and qualitative research roles during his 20-year career in over 30 countries.

Through leadership roles at multi-national companies like DDB Needham, McCann Erickson, Federal Express and Cossette Communications (Canada’s largest Independent Advertising Agency), Tim has gained extensive experience in brand building, traditional advertising, event marketing, new media, electronic commerce and digital marketing, direct marketing and public relations.

With an empathetic and intuitive focus, he reads between the lines as a qualitative research practitioner to put insight into action and marry business and creativity. Ethnography, self-ethnography, applied anthropology, psychology, semiotics and discourse analysis are among Tim’s core expertise. And given his highly curious and humorous nature, he brings the science and human behavior in balanced, thoughtful ways clients and team members appreciate.
